SparkPeople 28-Day Bootcamp [HD]



Not for non-dancers
I read reviews on lots of the workout DVDs available on Amazon and finally selected this one. I like that there is an option to follow the 28 day plan or to select to do any of the individual workouts. What I don't like is the cardio portions are made more like dance routines. I am not a dancer, never was able to follow a bunch of steps. I get very frustrated trying to keep up. For those who are sufficiently coordinated this would be perfectly fine, this review is to warn those with 2 left feet to save your money.

Good if you want to get back into a routine
I like the calendar workout option. I have tried to get back into a regular routine and have been struggling. This dvd is not too difficult for those who might be out of shape. So far I have found one of the boxing sets to be a little hard to execute but otherwise I like it.

Just Ok
I enjoy doing the Biggest Loser workouts on dvd more. I will try the Sparkpeople one again and perhaps change my opinion but for now it's just "ok".
